Remember to SUBMIT your abstract before the 31 Mar deadline for it to be considered for the 2026 meeting. Clicking SAVE does not submit your abstract. Abstracts under the Save designation are not seen by the review committees.
Award Submissions Note that the character count has been changed. The new character count is 750 for the Award Summary of Accomplishments and 9,000 for the Nomination Narrative.
Attention 'Poster Only' Abstract Submitters
- This option was not available on the initial abstract submission form. On 21 Mar 2026, the MHSRS website will be updated. Following completion of the update, the submitter will be allowed to choose between Oral Presentation or Poster Only abstract submission.
- For those who submitted their abstract before 21 Mar and want to designate their abstract as 'poster only', please Contact Us/Program Support on the MHSRS website with the presenter's name and/or the MHSRS number. We will change the abstract designation after the system. Otherwise, your abstract will be considered for an oral presentation. If not selected, it will be considered for a poster presentation.

On registration, you will be sent an email to confirm your email address. Please remember to check junk/spam for this confirmation email.
After registration and upon entering the website for the first time, you will be asked to fill out a profile. This is a one-time ask.
