Update (20 July 26)

Poster Upload Update

Please upload a pdf of your poster by close of business 3 Aug 26. To be eligible for consideration for a poster award, a pdf of your poster must be accessible to the joint judging panel.  If a pdf is not available, the poster will be eliminated from award consideration. If you are having trouble uploading your poster, email Contact Us/Technical Support or Contact Us/Program Support.

 To upload the pdf of your poster, log into your account on the MHSRS homepage

• Go to Abstracts on the left side of the page

• Click on the MHSRS number of the abstract for your poster

• Click the “Edit Abstract” link near the top of your Abstract

• THEN scroll to the bottom, navigate to and select your poster and click “Upload Poster”

• Double check that your abstract is loaded and accessible

Hotel Update

• The latest Microsoft security patches have affected Dell processors. As a result, attendees registering using government email addresses may not have received email reservation confirmations due to firewall issues. If you have not received an email confirmation and want to verify your hotel reservations, please call the hotel.

• The Gaylord is sold out. The rates for the MHSRS room block have expired. Credit cards will be charged for the first night on 28 July.

• Rooms at the Marriott Village are still available. This MHSRS room rates for our block at the Village will not not expire. Credit cards will be charged for the first night on 28 July.

Transportation Update

Bus transportation will be NOT provided between the airport and the hotels. Attendees must arrange their own transportation. There are many shuttles/public transportation options available.

 • A full range of options can be found on the Orlando Airport’s website at https://flymco.com/ground-transportation/

• Mears Connect Standard Shared Service has a $34.56 round trip fare to/from the Gaylord. (Note: May be subject to a 3% fuel surcharge).  To make a reservation, go to https://www.mearsconnect.com/#reserveForm

• We are currently checking on if a MEARS sharded service goes to the Villages and the cost.

Update (Posted 1 July 26)

The 2026 MHSRS will be held 3-6 Aug 2026. Registration for the meeting is open and will not close.

The registration website is operated by the MHSRS support contractor, The Bridge Group, LLC. Register for the 2026 MHSRS at www.mhsrs.net.

Participants must register for the meeting and pay the registration fee before receiving an email link to book a room at the host hotel, the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center or our partner hotel, the Marriott Village.

If you are registered for a room at the Gaylord, you may not have received an email confirmation.  Confirmations were sent.  Unfortunately, for government registrants the firewall may have prevented the message from being delivered.  

The Gaylord is sold out at the industry rate and has limited availability at the per diem rate.  If you want to be placed on a waiting list, email Contact Us/Program Support with name/email, dates of arrival and departure. Provide proof of meeting registration. Federal government - provide government email address.
