Please note that access to the 2026 MHSRS mobile app and Online Planner will end on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. After this date, the 2026 MHSRS app will no longer be accessible through EventPilot. This includes personal information you may have saved within the platform, such as your schedule and notes. Before September 2, please open the Event Pilot mobile app or Online Planner to review and save any information you would like to retain.

All authors of abstracts accepted for presentation/presented at the 2026 MHSRS are eligible to submit a manuscript developed from the abstract to the 2026 MHSRS Supplement to Military Medicine. The goal is to have the issue on line by the 2027 meeting.
An email message is being prepared. The purpose of this email is to solicit, from the accepted abstract authors, an INTENT to submit a manuscript for publication developed from their accepted 2026 abstract. The response is not binding if plans change.
Manuscripts are due by 16 October 2026.

Thank you to all who contributed to the 2026 MHSRS! Over 3,800 attended the meeting! In 66 scientific breakout sessions, researchers reported study results in 477 oral talks and 1,320 posters were presented. In addition, there were 138 vendor exhibits.
Thanks to all who attended, and worked hard to make the meeting a rousing success!

Claim CE Credits for the 2026 MHSRS!
CE credits are offered for physicians (AMA), nurses (ANCC), and psychologists (APA). A maximum of 18 credits can be claimed by any one person. To obtain your CE certificate, please follow the steps outlined in the attachment under SPOTLIGHT. The 2026 MHSRS 5-digit numeric code is 19555.
