Update (Posted 22 May 26)

We are currently reconciling the abstract decisions within the database. Notification letters to abstract submitters will be released no later than 1 Jun 2026.

Meeting registration is not open. The date will be provided when it is available on this website and through a mass email to all website registrants. Registration for the 2026 MHSRS is done on the support contractor's website and not on this website. A link will be provided to this site as the registration date nears.

Update (Posted 7 May 2026)

The 2026 MHSRS has been approved by the office of the Undersecretary of War (Personnel and Readiness).

The 2026 MHSRS will be held 3-6 August 2026 at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center, Kissimmee, FL.

Abstracts submitted for presentation at the 2026 MHSRS are currently under review. Notification letters will be emailed to the submitters by the end of May. Note that the edit function for abstracts has been disabled. No edits made will be saved. The ability to edit abstracts will be turned back on once the notification letters are released to submitters.

Important changes for 2026

The MHSRS health.mil website platform is new for 2026. If you encounter any issue with site registration or with the submission of your abstract, click here for Tech Support.

On registration, you will be sent an email to confirm your email address. Please remember to check junk/spam for this confirmation email.

After registration and upon entering the website for the first time, you will be asked to fill out a profile. This is a one-time ask.
