IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT (Posted 22 Apr)
The MHSRS website will be down from Friday 24 Apr 2026 at 1800 to Sunday 26 Apr 2026. The site should be operational again mid-day Monday 27 Apr.
Why? All of the DHA Production servers (Database servers / Webservers, etc.) are moving from Fort Detrick to Fort Bliss. This is a virtual transition.

The 2026 MHSRS Call for Abstracts has closed. No additional abstracts will be accepted. Notification letters will be released in mid-May. The 2026 abstracts are now under review. Note that the edit function has been disabled. No edits made will be saved. The ability to edit will be turned back on once the notification letters are released to submitters.
The Call for Awards is open until 24 April 2026.
Award Submissions – Note that the character count has been changed. The new character count is 750 for the Award Summary of Accomplishments and 9,000 for the Nomination Narrative.

On registration, you will be sent an email to confirm your email address. Please remember to check junk/spam for this confirmation email.
After registration and upon entering the website for the first time, you will be asked to fill out a profile. This is a one-time ask.
